FAQ

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please send your Full Name and Voyage date to Screening.lindblad@vikand.com 

If you had an online appointment with a VIKAND doctor, VIKAND would have received your information directly from the doctor. 

If you sent your doctor the link to complete or provided the hard copy PDF for them to upload, please email Screening.lindblad@vikand.com with your full name, voyage date, submission ID, and doctor’s email address. 

Please send the correct information along with your full name and voyage date to Screening.lindblad@vikand.com

Please refer to the cancellation terms and conditions in the confirmation email provided. Refunds for canceled appointments are processed within 7–10 business days.

Please note that doctors will not contact you via telephone. Appointments must be joined via the meeting room link provided in your confirmation email. Double-check the email for the link and your appointment time.

Use the link in your email to reschedule or cancel appointments. (Fees may apply for late cancellations.)

Unfortunately, no. Each person must book a separate appointment.
